In the past five years he has devoted a substantial portion of his efforts to business and legal negotiations on behalf of aboriginal clients integrally involved in major LNG terminal and pipeline projects in British Columbia.

Throughout his career he has led financings, acquisitions and divestitures in a diverse range of industries. He has also been involved in the structuring of several investment funds and assisted those funds with the acquisition of portfolio companies.
His significant experience negotiating major international business transactions in Europe, the United States and Asia, particularly in the area of ship construction, acquisition, finance and chartering, has been acknowledged by Lexpert and Best Lawyers.
